Nice apartment, but way too expensive

The leasing office is nice and the maintenance staff is excellent. I've lived in several apartments prior to Reflections so I would say that the apartment is decent. But the rent is overpriced for what you're getting. The gym room is excruciatingly small, the pool is tiny and in general, way too expensive for the location.
