I wish I had never moved in I signed a year lease and have been there for a month now and I hate. The staff comes off really nice and as soon as you move in things don't get fix and phone calls rarely get returned. There are some really odd people living there, make me feel so uneasy. For paying so much on a place you would think you would get something nice with decent people living there, I was so wrong. I have met some residents there that have lived there for years one for 11 years and they all can't wait to move out. They said they place used to be nice but with the high rent going up all the time things never getting fix and maintance staff changing every month they can no longer stand it.
I thought Columbia was a nice area but it turns out it's going downhill fast. I might just go ahead and pay the price and break my lease. If I was you don't bother moving you are wasting your time and money. The staff is nice and all smiles but they are just doing their jobs like car salesman after you get the place they could care less. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
