Got the flyer...... maintenance staff now is no way close to meeting the turnaround and professionalism that was there before. What happened to them' No one knows......this group has alot of strange issues, they never explain what happens they just keep trying to spin why so many good people are gone. I frankly don't see anything better as they claim it is.......what have they done' I think we got a new paint job on the whole place, although outter appearance means nothing really when it comes to what you get for your money. My lease will be up soon and I will definatley be doing some searching on something maybe a little more modern.....

Wait until all the office staff changes again. I lived there when Missy and Betty when there. Maintenance is senior citizens. No renovations at all in the 12 years i have lived here. The ants will invade in the senior time.

OH yeah wow I didnt mention the ants..........saw some lawn signs about a few months ago .......pesticides were used..........I think someone honestly went and purchased those little signs cause NOTHING happened we have some many ants I purchased lawn sticks, still cant win, spiders........running everywhere they won't do anything about it, there are some freakin UBER DORFER Hornets around the sidewalks too, I mean these things are like yellow jackets on steroids.......I read up about them and they are VERY aggressive, you would think that the proactive management about speeding and rule enforcement would have seen these crazy hornets and fixed the problem......YAH THINK? NO NO NO they can only enforce rental agreement policy issues..........same ole crap........ what are they doin with all the money?

the old maintenance supervisor, tony, quit because he was fed up with management - i had a long conversation with him about how the place was turning to ----. well, the new manager in the office basically wouldn't let him get the things he needed to get to fix things and wouldn't let him just do his job! he was tired of her always grilling him, so he quit. he was actually supposed to be around for 2 weeks after, but the next day they told him to leave.... now, i have NO clue who's in charge of maintenance. it's a different person every day!!! effing ridiculous.
