Hello,

I am writing you to express my concern over the lack of action by the management and maintenance staff at my residence, Reflections Apt. Homes. I have repeatedly visited the office to address several maintenance related issues in my apartment, to no avail.

Microwave oven handle:

I have informed the Management office on the following occasions to get my microwave oven repaired or replaced:
-October 2, 2006 ?? Initially reported problem to Betty Burt. Was assured it would be taken care of by the end of the week.

-October 17, 2006 ?? Raised issue again with new management staff. Was advised that it would be taken care of immediately.

-October 27, 2006 ?? Again visited the management office to ask why repairs were not completed. Was told that the parts were ordered, and had just arrived. I advised that I would be on vacation for the next 10 days, and would appreciate if the repairs were completed by the time I returned. They were not!

Washing machine

-November 17, 2006 ?? Visited the management office to advise that my washing machine had stopped working, and also revisited the concern about the microwave oven not being repaired. I was asked if I could wait until Monday to get the washing machine repaired. I advised that this would be OK, but I did need it to be looked at immediately, as I was not happy to face the prospect of going to a Laundromat when I have a washing machine in my apartment. This is one of the amenities that I am supposed to have as part of my monthly rent payment, and as a working professional, do not have the time to go to a Laundromat.

To date, none of these concerns has been addressed. I am concerned at the current level of service being delivered by the staff at Reflections. I have been a resident of your property for over 5 years, and enjoyed fantastic professional service when Melissa Ott was the property manager. Overall service seems to have depreciated over the course of the last 2 years. Please contact the management in regard to the above concerns, and let me know when I can expect to have these issues resolved.
