I have lived here for over a year and a half. In this time I have had HUGE problems with ants inside the apartment, (I am on the second floor) and lots of bee's in my steps in the spring. I have had problems and things that have needed to be fixed since I moved in. I was assured that everything would be fixed and it has not. I have a leak from the roof in my bedroom that gets larger with every rain. The last time I talked to the office about this was over a month ago and they assured me that someone would call me and make an appointment to come out and fix it. To date I have not heard back. It is frustrating to deal with the office, there have been a number of turnovers since I have moved in. I tried calling the management company, and they tell me that someone will call me and come out to fix these things but they don't I was without a washer for over a week, and the messages I left in the office went unanswered. I had contacted the office because my refrigerator had stopped keeping food cold and they told me they would order me another one, I waited a week and went in the office and they said they had ordered me a new one but because they had not heard back from me (I was unaware I was supposed to keep calling after talking to someone) they had given it to someone else.
I cannot spend time keeping on top of the office just to get stuff done. I am looking forward to moving out when my lease is up. It is a shame because the neighbors are very nice.
