I moved to this place a few months ago and have had no problem at all. Some reviewers complained about the maintenance, but as I made good friends with staffs from the day-1, all the maintenance was quick and adequate. The problem of maintenance is that there are only 2 office staffs and 2 or 3 maintenance staffs. I guess things will be slower when there are too many maintenance requests happening in a short period of time.

Bugs and other problems, I don't know yet.

Area is nice, residents look nice.

One downside so far is that there was a theft happened a few weeks ago. Whole things in Columbia is changing. Columbia was nice a few years ago, all buildings were new, all residents were classy, but after the economical crash, Columbia itself is on steep downhill.
