Just to sum it up:
Since December 2006, I have seen 8 residents leave. We are now at the end of February 2007. Five of those moved over the same weekend. This is just the ones I've noticed; I hear there are more.

The complex management team as changed three times since we've lived here - 4 1/2 years.

Residents suffer continually from lack of maintenance performance. Not the staff, just a lack of ambition on the property owners to put out money to pay for much needed repairs.

Recently, the property was sited and fined for hazardous building conditions.

The trash bill wasn't paid, and so the residents suffer the possibility of being overtaken by disease from the build up of trash.

I do not recommend this place at all. The rent continually increases, and the property continually deteriorates.

Disgruntled doesn't describe the opinions of most residents ... it's not a strong enough word.

We've lived here over a decade. That says something about what it USED to be like! Agree with everyone on the downfall of this property in the past 3 or 4 years. Wondering how above reviewer knows of the fines for the conditions. I would love to have this info in my arsenal against the next rent increase and fight to save this once beautiful property.
