I'm sitting here, wide awake at 12:23 AM on a Thursday night, wondering why any responsible management company would allow a tenant to go on for months and months disturbing their neighbors with loud music, even after midnight. But through the bedroom wall comes this loud, distorted bass music that makes it impossible to sleep anywhere in my apartment. I've complained repeatedly on the telephone and in writing for months, but there has been no action, as far as I can tell, from the leasing office. It seems they think have more important things to do than to enforce their lease.

My last communication with the leasing office was in writing and they never responded to me.

I think they will inevitably be sued over this for loss of sleep, breach of contract, bad faith, emotional suffering, and as many other infractions as possible under the law.

The best thing I could have done is to never have moved here. This expensive apartment is a renter's worst nightmare in my humble opinion.

I would not recommend Reflections apartments to anyone.

Wow that is sad myself and my husband have been her a few months. We have seen 4 to 5 leasing agents come and go! The new lady the old one chain smokes and peeks out the window most of the day. The lady above me stops like she's in a marching band all night. This will be our last rental here and that's a fact. It is not a good vibe either the staff is not all that freindly!!
