Moving Out ASAP

The rental fee has gone up substantially and property maintence has gone down!! Trash removal is no longer maintained in an adequate manner and seems to be contributing to vermin (mice specifically!!!) inside buildings as well as generally on the property.

The maintence staff are well-skilled, but are held back from doing repairs/replacements due to property owner/manager (Bill) resource/funding/allowance. There doesn't appear to be safety concern on Bill's part as far as necessary and timely property maintence nor caring one iota about renters (who consider their apartment their homes). Further, in the short time I've rented here the on-site staff has turned over about 3-4 times. Another telling sign of lack of leadership/resources/ethics on Bill's part.

In short, I would NOT recommend moving to Reflections in Columbia to ANYONE.
