Wow, I'm so glad I moved out before the whole place fell apart, what a dump. I have lived in Reflections since 2003 and my first 2 years the place was great then I saw a slow decline till now it's just insane.
The old staff was AWESOME, when the property manager left and Betty took over she still tried her best and for some reason she was pushed out and the whole place has had like 3-4 different managers come in that are rude and do nothing to insure a safe clean place to live. I fell like I'm living in a prison, I get notices all the time about new restrictions when nothing is being fixed the whole place is falling apart and really sketchy people move in and out all the time. Now we have a rat and mouse problem because trash is never being picked up when renters pay for it. There is wood rot everywhere in every apartment and stairs, paint pelling all over the place, signs falling down. The lawn care is horrible, bug infestation all the time, really bad bee and wasp problems. Not a safe place to live, people are being held up in the complex when they come home from work, many break ins, drug bust you name it, it probably happened. This place was one of Columbias best apartments homes now it's the worse. Rent is increased all the time, they are insane to be asking at least $1500-$1900 for a dump like this and that doesn't even include the trash fee, water fee and staff fee when the staff does nothing but give attitude and make living at Reflections a nightmare. The manager had all cars tickted with expried or out of state lisc, my car got a ticket for having an expired tag that was a week late, I actually had the tags just didn't put it on my car yet. What kid of staff makes the few renters that live in Reflections suffer day in and day out by ticketing peoples cars' Letting mice run rampant' Allowing people with criminal backgrounds move in and I mean like drug and robbery.
They need to fire Bill and all the staff and beg the old staff to come back, this place needs to be torn down.
Everything in the apartment is falling apart, my washer and dryer does not work it takes my dryer 3 hours to dry a small load of laundry. Dish washer has never worked, garbage disposal never works, I have really old carpet that was never replaced. I was told I would get new carpet upon move in and I never did. Nothing ever gets fixed. I pay out of my own pocket money to get things fixed thats how bad it is. I had a whole year with no A/C, staff could care less but demand rent on the 1st, if you are a day late they will screw you over and evict you, no joke.
Do yourself a favor and get out FAST or look somewhere else, Columbia is the new ghetto.
