Cleaning Up Their Act

I moved in two months ago and do not regret this action. The cost of the unit is well within the average for the square footage and options. The place has a W/D,fireplace,Pool, and a small workout room that is available 24/7.
I d like to see the pool hours longer (it closes at 8pm)
The buildings are being painted and general exterior repairs are underway.
The only maintenance request I have placed was filled with no problems within 48 hours.
Overall I believe it is a better than average apartment complex and apartment value. The folks that moved out recently may have missed out on the changes and upgrades.
My apartment is a 1 Bedroom with Den/office
