I've been a resident of Sierra Woods for 3 years and for the most part it's been a good experience. I've had a little trouble the first few months I was there. I received court notices on my door of past do rent. That was really concerning to me because my rent was paid on time so I spoke with the property mgr and she resolved it very quickly. There is a big turnover rate of office staff and some of the staff were better than others. The Maintenance staff are pretty good. I've had no problems with them. The resisdents in my building are pretty nice. It's usually very quiet in the eveings. Sometimes people play there music loud but not all into the early morning hours.
