These apartments are the most rundown and dangerous places to live in Columbia. Used to be affordable, but with all the management changes, the rent has gone up more then $200/mo. You're paying a fortune for nothing--they have done no upgrades or changes since I've been here and it's been over 10 years. The current management is horrible--they do not work with residents on any issues and are very hard to get in touch with--there have been several days when there has been no one in the office.

If you have children--this definitely is not the place for you. There is so much drug activity--that the management is aware of--that off duty police sit in the parking lots on various nights. They are even aware of who the individuals are, but these people frequent the neighborhood at night and even hang out next to the rental office during the day.

The walls are paper thin, very limited storage area in the bathroom and malfunctioning electrical system are just some of the things you will encounter--along with the rental increases they keep putting on their residents.

Just a horrible place all around--would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
