DANGEROUSLY DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!!

This is definitely a HELL HOLE. Children cannot even come outside their homes to play for fear of RANDOM GUNSHOTS. The management is the PITS, they are hardly there and do not bother to do any repairs. It has turned into a GHETTO housing project and should be shut down.
