A good place to live

I have only been here for a couple of months but I do like the apartments. Like any place you will have problems. I think I will take the advise of the other poster and move to the front...it does seem quieter.so here are my Pros and Cons.
Cons.
My neighbors are the neighbors from hell...and I am serious. I can hear their every footstep, like they purposely stomp across the floor, and they let ther child run like he is on the playground. They play their loud music all hours of the day and especially between 11:30pm and 1:30am. I can sit in my living room and sing along with them, and on Fridays nights I can forget it...I get no sleeep and I have to go to work Saturday morning.
Parking is terrible on my side...it's like 4 buildings sharing 40 spaces...not good at all. If you come in after 7:00 at night you will be taking a hike to your building. Recently we had a few illegally parked cars (and of course they parked in the spots right in front of the building) they were parked there for more than a week and finally management put the stickers on the car.
The buildings dont get cleaned every day...which can get pretty dirty...and the triflin residents that allow their kids to use the hallways as a trash can don't help.
The neighbors like to borrow things without asking...Yes it is true...I had chairs on my patio and some mornings I leave out and my chairs are moved and I'm like WTF...first you use my chairs without asking and then you don't even put them back.
Pros.
Management is good...if you call and report something they will handle it right away. They are always friendly and courteous when you talk to them.
The apartment is very spacious and the bathrooms are big unlike most apartments. I live in a 2 bed 11/2 bath and my 1/2 bath is very spacious. The bedrooms could be just a little bigger but they will do. Each room is cable ready so you dont have to worry about those unsightly wires going thru your house
The location is good. close to Rt. 29, 32 and I-95. Shopping is close by and so is Howard Community College.
Overall I would reccomend the community...just stay to the front of the neighborhood...where it appears to be quiet.
