What a nightmare. Not only was the office staff rude, they were also degrading whenever I called.

One example: They lost one of my rent checks that I had paid (on time). Normally, that would not be that big of a deal. However, when they contacted me two months later, they wanted me to bring them a certified check or money order for the amount of the rent PLUS two months in late fees. All of this for a check that they lost. On top of all of that (I know... this story just keeps getting worse, but it's actually what happend), they wanted me to get it to them by the close of business. I was calling them at 2:00 PM, I work an hour away, and they close at 6:00 PM. While talking on the phone to them, I explained my situation, but they were not flexible. Instead, they told me that I would have to skip work, get to the bank (an hour away as well), pay the late fees, pay the charge for the money order, and pay the "late" months rent FROM TWO MONTHS AGO!

Please, never rent from this property or any other ones owned by the same company.
