The management here appears to be very responsive, however, the management staff has changed several times over the past 24 months and long term issues seem to have been overlooked. There are no recreational facilties, playgrounds or a pool which behooves me because the rent charged here is comperable to that of complexes which include these amenities. I guess a sign put up a year ago which advertised the future build of such went away along with the plans to do so. The apartments are roomy, but the appliances and cabinets are waaaay overdue for upgrades and replacements! Also, the flooring and carpeting needs replacement in many units as well as the outer hallways. More could be done to keep the premises cleaner, but all in all if the aforementioned upgrades were made this place would be an excellent place to live. The location is superb!
