The apartment itself is great. Spacious, well-lit, and fully equiped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. My apartment comes with a few extras (that I pay for, mind): vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and a bay window.

The staff, however, is another story. Phone calls are never returned and maintenance requests require persistence. It's unusual to get an actual employee on the phone, as they seem to always be short-handed.

They recently employed a new maintenance guy, who is very proficient and helpful...when he receives the maintenance requests from the staff.

The local of the apartments is also ideal. I am less than 10 minutes away from a Safeway, Target, and post office, which is very convenient.

The rent has not gone up since I moved in and - overall - I feel that I'm getting a good value for my money.
