Summit Meadows was a pain to deal with.

Between the flood in our apartment and a broken first floor window that took 2 weeks to fix, i found summit meadows maintance workers and office staff to be unresponsive, slow, disorganized and generally rude. In addition to the problems listed above, i also found that their list of "80 reasons to live at summit meadows" was a joke. many times, i tried to use one of their services, such as pet care while away on my honeymoon and i was told "they no longer did that"
I found it a double standard that i was not alowed to swim while the lifegurd was not there, yet the office workers would bring their children downa dn let them swim when there was no lifeguard.
I also had my car broken into, as i had to park in a spot where all the outdoor lights were broken, and simmut meadows cintinued to ignore my request to fix the outdoor light. they stated, those were contractor issues. If everything is contracted out, why do you need maintance workers'
After all of my issues, i wrote a complaint letter to summit properties and never heard anything back. i ive summit meadows 2 thumbs downs.
