Tamar Meadow has an attractive layout but it seems to have been built quickly and cheap. I can hear my neighbors talking upstairs or moviing around. Although office staff is friendley, they are VERY slow in responding to requests. There's continuious banging from upstairs neighbors that have not been addressed. It is an annoying issue. Seems noisy college kids live here and sometimes have loud guests over past 12 am on the balcony. The area is nice but the service should be better for the rent being paid.
They should have at least one reserved parking space for residents. If you get home after 7pm , you're forced to park on the street. That's not very safe being in a wooded area.
