Reasons why I hate Tamar Meadows Apartments:

1. Walls are paper thin. My neighbor has complained countless times about hearing "banging" sounds in my apartment. . .even when I'M NOT HOME. You know there's a problem when you can hear things from apartments all around you.

2. PARKING SUCKS. As many of my fellow TM haters have mentioned, if you get home later than 7, most likely you are going to be forced to park on the street and walk to you apartment with you grocery bags or whatever else you may be carrying at the time.

3. BUGS. Too darn many. All over the place. In the halls beside my mailbox. Right in front of my door when I get home at night. Even inside of my mailbox. All kinds of bugs. All sizes, shapes and colors. Bugs I have never seen before. There is absolutely no insect control here.

4. Apartment looked a heck of a lot better on the net than in person. Do a thorough inspection during your walk through. There are a lot of hidden flaws. And make sure that you see the ACTUAL apartment you're planning to move into BEFORE you sign the lease. The models always look so much better

5. ALL APPLIANCES AND CABINETS ARE OUTDATED.

JUST DON"T MOVE HERE. You will definitely regret it. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up.

AAAGHHH. I want my money back. I HATE THIS PLACE. And the neighbor below me. : )
