Don't move here

I really wish I hadn't moved into Tamar Meadow. Yes the floor plan is nice, as well as the size of the balcony, even they newly remodled bathroom and kitchen are nice. But, here are reasons to stay away:
1. The maintence sucks - you request something be fixed (i.e. the holes in my ceiling because of the new roof we just ahd put on) and it's like sending a message into a black hole. No one has been by to fix my ceilings. Even if you do get ahold of someone at the front office, they'll be as sweet as sugar to you, saying "sure, we'll take care of that!" but, it seems they're all talk to no action.
2. Serious bug problem - especially bees. When I asked them to fix the Carpenter bee problem (those 1.5" suckers that hover around you) I was told that it would be "too expensive". I said that it's "too expensive" for me to pay this rent and not be able to use my balcony. Another response I got was "it's their mating season, it will be over by mid-June". I'm sorry, but, April 1st through mid-June is all of Spring (i.e. when I'd use my balcony). This is not a valid excuse for me. I've lived in 8 places over my years and have never encountered a bee problem like the one at Tamar.
3. My energy bill in the winter was $145 a month.
I'm absolutely miserable here, I cannot wait until my lease is up, I do not want to spend another year here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
