The location is perfect..The Maintenance is good. that's about it. I have had problems w/ noise since day one. My next door neighbor ghetto blasts her music every weekend; Friday, Saturday, & even on the day of rest, Sunday. I can no longer plan to get rest or catch up on reading on the w/e. I had to check my address to make sure I didn't move beside a night club. Management was slow to respond to my complaints & never followed up w/ me. I had to call them to follow up w/ my complaints or other request & when I called them the Asst. Manager told me I need to find other means of peace & quiet. The floors are very thin too. I can my neighbor below me yawn in the morning. The Management staff is not friendly most of the time & difficult to work with. The bathroom & kitchen upgrades are ok.. but not worth the high rent. If you do move here buy some ear plugs!!!
