I recently got this appartment with my partner who had gotten a new job. I am appalled at these reviews. Neither of us had sufficient credit first off and we didn't have very much money at all. The staff here was very helpfull and the manager, Shenetta, went above and beyond to get us a home. She even helped me find a new job when I was loosing hope. She is the best. Made our entire moving experience painless and easy and I would do it again if I had the chance. All the staff is very friendly (i come in from time to time to chit chat) and have never had a problem thus far. When ever we had a problem, it got fixed. Sometimes not right away, but what do you expect' Everyone to wait on you hand and foot' Never had a problem with the maintanence. Needed something fixed, they got to it as soon as they could and fized it right the first time. Granted, the pool is small, and the rent isn't the cheapest, but everything else seems to null the tiny little imperfections that you'll find anywhere you'll go. We can't all live in paradise, so why complain about the fact that your not there' I love the location. 2 big shopping centers within walking distance, the mall only 5 minutes away, downtown Baltimore and DC both a hop skip and a jump away. So, before you go complaining about the insignificant details, realize first that the world doesn't revolve around you and there are alot more people to take care of than just you. I have no problems at all living here and would suggest this place (and have) to anybody and everybody.
