I have lived here from March.
So now just 4 months.
During just 4 months, there were water leaks.
Now water leak is continued, also.
I already gave up.
At first time, water leaked for whole night, from water tank of upstairs.
nearly all carpet was sunken.
recently, there were 3 times more water leaks. from unknow origin and watertank of my house.
They including CEO of this district are very kind, because they strongly recommended to me about rental insurance instead of fixation.
and they are so calm and quiet, if I say 5 times or more, they answer "is there any problem'" and they usally say " we will check.".. Oh. this is yes, because they just checked.
I have wonderful watery photos about this, if you need some photos, I will send for you. one photo is very nice, because you can see the bright light in the watery floor.
and sometimes, funny things are also happened.
For exmample, after you pay the retal fees, they use that your money in another way, and then request you late fee.
Because they chaged carpet, they have to make much money.
and this aparment has many ancient and historical materials including watertank and aircondition system.
If you read this, you did a half of serious mistakes, indeed.
please don't consider this aparment, if not live in water.
