I read the reviews alot on this website and it's very helpful when you are searching for a new place to hear reviews from residents there. This is a positive review for Tamar Meadow. I Love the community and I need to defend the office staff as well after reading the negative reviews. First, the Property Manager Nikki is a wonderful Manager that goes by the book and I see why United Dominion Realty Company selected her for the position, she has a professional attitude everytime you call or go into the office, very excellent customer service skills. Second, Alex the Leasing Assistant in the leasing office has to be one of the nicest person I have encountered in a long time, he is very professional and patient and I can tell he knows exactly what he is doing, no matter what time you call or go to the office if he is busy he lets you know and he greets you professionally and let you know he will be with you in a moment, he had to go to the same Customer service training class as Nikki. I told him when I was signing my lease that I was scared because of the negative reviews on this website, his response to me was go and talk directly to the residents that actually live here, that's the best advice he could have given me, everyone I asked that day was totally satisfed with their place and yes without a doubt I would recommend this place to everyone, including my family. Third, David the maintenance person is awesome, he comes right out and fix whatever you call about and if it can not be fixed that day he lets you know when he will be back to fix it. I Love Tamar Meadow I never hear my neigbors upstairs and at night it's very quiet, very important when you have to get up at 5am. Please don't listen to the negative reviews on here, go and talk to the residents yourself and drive thru at night and judge for yourself.
