I love living at Tamar Meadow. I have a great large 1 bedroom apartment for a fair price. I dont think I could have found anything that measures up to Tamar standards for the same size and price. I love that there is a lot of green around and that it is a quite community. So far I have not heard of any incidents on the premises. Grocery shopping is a minute away at a Safeway nearby and so is a gas station. Plenty of restaurants as well as a Target only 2 minutes away! Columbia Mall very close by. Apartment was very clean when we moved in, practically new. The only thing that's a little bad with the apartment is the insulation. The winter is horrible as your heater has to be on constantly for 24/7, forget about keeping it on automated, otherwise it will get freezing in the apartment! My electric bill for one month in the winter was $ 260!!!
