A previous message in reference to being reported to collections before receiving notice of damages is 100% TRUE! But why do they get away with it' I've never encountered this in the ten other apartments I have lived in. I think this is something personal with Mrs. Nicole Thomas. Don't file too many complaints or it will become personal! Make sure you take pictures when vacating the premises or she will add anything she wants to get income for UDI. I think this makes her look good by seeing how much extra money she can get out of her tenants. The staff turnover is very high because of her ignorant, phony personality. She may seem like a nice person initially, but piss her off by telling her the truth about situations, including maintenance problems, misplaced paperwork or rental calculations, and you're in HELL until you move! And don't report anything to headquarters(UDI upper management), she'll make sure you pay for it in the long run. This is TRUE statement.
