This place is unsafe , every 3 months somebody gets robbed because the parking lot are open to anybody plus a lot people knock at your door to ask for money. the walls are paper thin, u hear what everybody is doing.u cant BBQ. In the summer u cant go to the pool because is full of spanish people and they invite the whole family so u see 10 kids running around the pool with pants and shirt so the water of the pool looks very dirty. the electricity bill is really expensive , dont even bother to turn the A/C or heater. then , u cant sleep until late on the weekend because mexican come and star cutting the grass at 7am so u can hear all the noise. i had mouses in my apartment , i have to call them 5 times and after 2months , they sent somebody to check which it didnt do anything just left some board with glue and he left after awhile i have to toss the mouse myself which it was nasty. Seriously , dont live here. or one more thing when i left this apartment they charge me 150 bucks extra beside my security deposit because i didnt take a desk with me and also because of the direct tv dish installed in the balcony. I couldn't believe it.

Yeah...I'm being charged $2,500 for a new door because someone tried to break into my apartment and damaged the outside of the door. How is it my fault that someone vandalised the building?

That's sounds very racist of you, to menton not once, but twice about Spanish people. Any race can make pool water dirty if they are not clean, I've seen dirty people in all races and the -------- are just doing the job they were paid to do, if you left a desk and a directv dish on your balcony who do you think should remove your property? That's your choice to leave it and be charged, you had a choice to remove it yourself and not be charged. You have other things to worry about, like why you have hate in your heart for other races? Good your not a neighbor anymore, we don't need your kind here anyway.
