The apartments themselves are very nice. Except for how the laundry room is situated with the kitchen, the layout works well. They are quiet, have great balconies and have spacious rooms. The community is conveniently located to highways, shopping and food. The largest negative is the office staff. They are very unhelpful and unwilling to address many renter's concerns. They do not seem to be able to answer many questions are are often rude.
