Large old appartments that are poorly maintained with inconsistant staff.

I like the size of our appartment but the utlities are awful in the summer and winter. We either roast or freeze.

The staff has constantly changed and have a hard time following through on promises.

While the rent is lower than many in the surrounding area it is not worth the cost difference.
