My boyfriend and I moved in to Hannibal Grove, and it has been nothing but trouble. We have been broken into twice, and the second time it happened, a bedroom window was broken. Maintenance came in and put a board over the window, but 2 weeks later, it had not been replaced. I had to go over to the office and *remind* maintenance to come and fix it. The kitchen is extremely small and the countertops have been painted over so many times that when I take a sponge to the countertop to get a spill up, I pick paint up as well! The dishwasher doesn't work properly, and there's a definite bug problem. The office staff is fairly pleasant, but some of our neighbors have been less than nice. We're not waiting for our lease to be up...we're getting out now...don't make the same mistake we did!
