Not as bad as others make it sound

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
Lived here 3 years. Maintenace issues were almost always handled quickly and professionally. The office staff was very helpful. I've never experienced ---- roaches or other horror stories. Had the usual, occasional no hot water, but that was due to pilot lights going out. Utility costs were a bit on the high side, as was the rent itself. This location has served me well, but they really do need to wash the stains from the stairways.
