roaches...yes....section 8...yes...management is nice, maintenance is nice, but the problem here is no one wants to FIX the problems, they just want to cover and patch them up. during the past winter, i even got locked in the laundry room that i had reported something was wrong with the lock. trying to get out of my lease now. too much mildew,mold and yes that black stuff behind the toilet......ewwwwww
pay an extra $300 and take that smaller apartment. you'll be happier. and your neighbors probably won't even hang out of the windows all during the summer and won't have 8 people in a 4 person maximum apartment! oh yeah... you can buy meat and vegetables out of the back of a big white truck here that has no refrigeration. mmmmm how convenient. but the worst part of it is that some of these idiots here actually think that the stuff is actually safe enough to consume....
