There are few good things here; large apartments, friendly maintenance staff and convenient location. However, they don't outway the negatives; kids playing football in the parking lots, people hanging out in the lots at all hours, neighbors yelling day and night, parking is tough if you don't get in before 7pm, management had lost two of our rent checks. It's a hood, and not in a good way. There are reasons you often see cop cars around this complex.
