From day one we have had difficulties!! I came to sign the lease and start move in; they had not even finished my kitchen (they were replacing the cheap countertops) and wanted the carpet people to come back and check some spots...but they couldn't get the spots up.

Then there's the roaches...disgusting, filthy roaches. Sure, they have the exterminator available, but you need to call every week so that they will stop by your apartment. Regardless, I have been in the apartment since Dec2003 and the situation has not improved.

Also, there is one large boiler for the row of buildings...meaning if you don't take your shower at the right time, expect it to be cold!!

The heating/AC system stinks too, and you need to watch maintence to make sure they turn the system back ON after working on it!!

They replaced the windows and balcony doors...but those workers were thieves, walking off with my diamond pendant.

Let's not even get me started on the neighbors! Loud, rude, inconsiderate of those around them, and dirty. This is worse than Ghetto living!

We thought we were getting a great deal on our place... they should have paid us to live with the headaches this past year!!
