They have renovated most if not all of the units. While at first glance they appear to be very nice the new cabinets and changes are extremely cheap! My less than one yr old cabinet doors are already hanging wrong and after brought to the attention of the leasing office still nothing has been done. My two biggest complaints is the heating/airconditioning units that are so old they barely blow cold or hot air and your bills are SKY HIGH and the property refuses to replace or fix the units. They would much rather the renter pay the high utility bills then pay the cost to install a new unit. The leasing staff are rude and they do not respond to complaints and stop answering the phones and returning phone calls when they are tired of hearing about the same problem you are having because they have never come to fix anything. OVERALL THIS PLACE SUCKS AND I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE!!!!!!!!!
