Since I transferred to a renovated unit I love my new place. i have lived at Hannbal Grove for a few years. My first place was not renovated and it was okay, but needed work. I'm glad that the office offered to transfer me to a renovated apt when my lease was up.They are doing a lot of work on the property and it is starting to look a lot better. They just put up new fences that look nicer than the old ones. I have nice neighbors and the maintance guys and the office crew are nice.I would recomend the property if you get a renovated. The kitchen is the best kitchen I have ever had. One thing I would recommend is to add more parking. Sometimes on weekends it is harder to find a spot close to my building.
