i just feel the cost of housing is unfair. no jobs out here have met the cost of living any where, therefore, we pay above our means. Hannibal Grove is okay but parking in the townhome areas are really bad. you would figure in a 3 bedroom twnhm would have 2 parking spaces, 4 br would have 2 to 3 parking spaces and the 5 br would have at least 3 per tnhm. we pay so much a month but never see where it goes. i really don't place the property, it all stems to the housing commission in MD and what they allow these complexes to charge. i am trying to get into a house because the amount i am paying a month in a twnhm that will never be mine i could be paying on a house that will be even if i live there for 20 years.
