HELL HOLE GROVE

Our experience with Hannibal Grove was horrible from day one. We got a "renevated" apartment which was missing doors and electrical outlets. The only door we had was to the bathroom... which didn't have a doorknob. They kept saying that the contractors were too busy with other apartments to make the corrections. However, when I had my lawyer give them a phone call, I had about six people show up the very same day to fix everything. We were lucky enough to be on the right corner of the developement (on the leasing office side) so we did not have to deal with roaches or bad children but their intoxicated friends/family members have driven into our side of the development and wrecked our neighbor's parked cars (it happend at least three times during our one year stay there). The management are a bunch of lazy liars. It took them two weeks (with a bunch of threats)to fix my non-flushing toilet. That is not acceptable for a maintanence issue that is classified as an emergency! Not to mention the time that after three months, they decided to fix an issue that we had with our kitchen cabinets the day before Thanksgiving. They litterally ripped out our cabinets and left them in the middle of the kitchen floor without putting in the replacements and we had family coming over for dinner the next day! Save yourself the headache and daily neighborhood drama and move somewhere else. A couple hundred dollar savings is NOT worth your sanity!!!

Don't judge a book by its cover. Certainly not this one. Looks can certainly be deceiving as was the case for me. I have been exposed to noise like never before. Gun shots fired a few monhs ago, noisy neighbors. Then there is the management. You sign your lease and then see what happens. You e just another tenant. I signed my lease and get the keys only to realize, the apartment is not ready. Not enough room to complain.
