First and foremost if you don't like insects, especially cockraoches, do not come here! I live in one of the unrenovated units which are BAD to say the least. The new renovated ones look nice but not worth the price. Bad neighborhood, bad customer service in the office, and WAY overpriced. The neighborhood has a lot of kids who just cause trouble, police always in the nieghborhood either patrolling or "busting" someone, and the exterior/"hallway" lights are working or very dim 75% of the time. We have been lucky with the maintenance side of the complex, we have always dealt with the maintenance supervisor, who is always nice to us. But getting to the point if you are are going to pay the Columbia prices, shop around and get your moneys worth...it's not at Hannibal Grove!

Amen, I agree I signed a contract in Feb and could not move in until mar, due to NO heat, now its AUG and my heating and AC Unit are still not functioning. The Staff are unproffessional, and do not even follow thier own rules. Stay away!!!
