I have to disagree with many of the comments of some people to this site. As a longterm tenant of Hannibl Grove I have seen a lot of improvements to the property over the past 5 years. It is obvious that they care about bettering the property because they always have contractors and landscapers on the property doing enhancements. Compared to when I first moved to the property to today, there has been a positive change in the office staff and the maintenance staff. They are very polished, professional, and happy to accomodate you. You can tell that management has worked hard to rid the property of the deadbeats and low class people who used to live here. Now there is a much more professional group of people living on the property who care. You do not see people hanging out on the street corner like it used to be 5 years ago. I'm glad that all of the positive changes are being made because I plan to stay for at least another 2-3 years until my kids go to college. Also for Columbia, and being so close to The Columbia Mall and right in the heart of Columbia's Town Center, the rents are very reasonable and the space in the units is probably the largest I have seen for rental units in the area. Also, they pay your gas heating and cooking bill if you live in a townhouse. You cannot beat that deal.
