It is unfortunate what happened in the neighborhood, but fortunately justice has been served! I still love living at The Berkshires of Columbia, and I plan to stay. As a result of the unfortunate incident that occurred, the community and neighborhood has really come together to support one another. I look forward to serving on the neighborhood watch program that The Berkshires is setting up on the property because it will reinforce and strengthen our community and enable us to be a united force.
This is a great neighborhood, as I have lived here for 4 years. It continues to get better with the improvements that the Management Company is doing on the property both inside and out. It is also a very peaceful and lovely environment here, and the convenience to everything in Columbia is a bonus for my family.
