Seriously, I hope everyone who rents here actually knows what's going on in this neighborhood. I lived there last year, and trust me when I first signed the lease I thought this was a great neighborhood to live in because clean houses, the landscaping looked nice and the leasing office was wonderful. However, once I moved in I had a whole list of problems. Of course the neighbors were terrible, but you can't blame the complex, a lot of section 8 housing is there, also, the kids are poorly watched over, they run around unsupervised throwing rocks on your cars and playing sports in the middle of the street. The leasing office staff is not consistent. The first lady I worked with was wonderful, however her boss was not a delight to work with, she outright yelled at me on the phone and told me how she does not like young people living inthe neighborhood because she doesn't trust that they can pay rent on time. Also, my roommate posted a comment on this website before and it was deleted by apartment ratings because she told them it was of vulgar material. She also called us and threatened us to take down the review or else she will tell Apartment Ratings to take it down. When I went into the leasing office to request a maintence problem, I saw her on this website. DO NOT BE FOOLED, they go on this website all the time and write phony messages about how great the neighborhood is and how it's better than all the other apartment complexes. That is why the ratings is higher than the 11% it got when I moved out. The trash is always overfilled especially with furniture, very unpleasing to the eye. Also, our place had rodent problems.
I wish when I first moved in I could of seen this neighborhood at night, I honestly never felt so scared to live in a neighborhood in suburbia. Keep in mind I also lived in the city. Street lights will hardly get fixed, strange cars parked in the neighborhood, cops constantly in the neighborhood to check the potential and actual crimes occuring.
The only plus I have to write is about the maintenance staff. They are very timely, and consistent. They actually listen to your problems, get things fixed in a timely matter and are very easy to talk to. A good friend of mine works for the landscaping company that works on this property and has also faced problems with the management.
PLEASE PLEASE look away from this complex, you will REGRET living here. Things MUST change in this neighborhood.

Fist I like to address the section 8 comment from up above and honestly I know that SOME and I mean SOME of these people that are on housing are the most.....I am not going to say cause I don't want to affend anybody but you probably know what I mean, But on the other hand there are some who are very good, respectful people on housing. I just wanted to address cause I don't want to be sterotyped at all. Second I can believe what you said about the boss she is very igorant and nasty, she is always threatening me and my family all the time. and I understand about being scared and I am scared straight too, I run to my apartment door every night. I used to live over east baltimore and honestly I felt more safe then I did here and that's no lie.
