I am a resident of Berkshires of Columbia and have lived here since 2003. I am really happy here. I moved into one of the renovated apartments last year and it is wonderful! These are some of the largest apartments I have ever seen! I have tons of closet space, a huge balcony and a gorgeous new kitchen! The office staff has always been helpful and friendly and the maintenance crew has always responded quickly when I turn in a maintenance request.

Well if you looked at the price you pay for the area that you live in and the size apartment you have. And then looked at some of these townhomes with 3 levels in good areas, you would see that you actually get more for your money and piece of mind elsewhere. Don't be fooled by their cheap products. How many of your new knobs fell off in the kitchen, that cheap countertop that they added, those black appliances that just look good but cost no more than the white appliances in the other apartments. You are being bamboozeled.

that picture you posted is of the leasing office! none of the apartments look like that!!!!!!
