A great BIG "HIGH 5" to the changes that were made at our community!Berkshire has really taken this place to a new level. I have been at The Berkshires of Columbia for about 8 yrs now. Previously I was in a twnhome and down graded recently to a 2 br renovated apt after my kids went off to college. All I have to say is WOW! MY KITCHEN IS SIMPLY GORGEOUS! My granite counter tops ARE THE REAL DEAL! I have so much cabinet space in my beautiful kitchen, and the color scheme is wonderful---black appliances against maple cabinets. There is nothing about the construction in my home that is sub standard. They did quality work. I love to entertain at my place and everyone who remembers the place before the renovations is in awe of the truly wonderful upgrades Berkshire has done. Thanks to the maintenance guys for always being so pleasant and helpful. Also the crew in the office really made my transfer pretty easy and painless for me. I love stopping in for cookies also. They always have a fresh batch waiting for me when I come in to pay my rent. Thank you for putting up the pet stations around the property. They look great, and make it easier for me when I'm walking the pup.

Your standards are obviously low. These upgrades you are talking about are low budget, you must be stuck inside of a box if you think what you have is great. I guess you haven't looked around in the area to see what else is available around you. Trust me what you have is a Super 8 motel compared to the Hilton hotel. Hannibal Grove is no better than a Super 8 check some of the private owned property in your neighborhood, you get more upgrades, more space, more freedom, all for the same money you are paying to live in that dump! Get real upgrade yourself, get out of that box!

You worried about upgrades, you need to be worried about yourself living in there, low standards I AGREE aint nobody worrying about those fake upgrades they need to upgrade themselves to be professional people up there. TRUST ME I rather live in a shelter then to live in there with all their fake upgrades, fake personalitles fake/trashy apartment look homes... I am glad I am out of there!!!!
