I ve lived at the Berkshires of Columbia for two years. While the community is not perfect, I have to say, I ve enjoyed staying here. Before moving in, my husband and I research the neighborhood because we weren t too familiar with Columbia, having moved from North Carolina. We have a 3 bedroom apartment and love the space and new appliances in our apartment. The neighborhood is quiet majority of the time. I ve come in late at times. My only concerns have been the kids playing outside. However, that seems to be parental issue.
