I have been living here for three months, and three days after moving in I started to see mice droppings (all over the house). My children have seen them run from room to room daily. I have complained to management just about every week and all they have done is, send in a so called exterminator in to put down sticky pads that the mice have grown wise enough to know not to step on to. I have had maintenance come out to fill in the holes around the plumbing with still wool, but they are still finding a way in. I keep a very clean and tidy home, and try my best not to eat around the house. Come to find out, after speaking with my neighbors it seems that the whole complex is infested. I'm not sure if this problem can be fixed! I will not be renewing my lease.

Dear Neighbor:
I am sorry to hear that your home is filled with rodents. This is not healthy. We have moved into one of their below standard units as well and it is costing us storage fees because we do not want our items to be contaminated. What we did bring in is minimal. It is a shame that there is a model to lure you in and a friendly smile that is not for real and a manager who is not kind. When they offered us another unit to be honest with you we were afraid because of the condition of the one that we now occupy and my spouse is already ill and tired. We keep a tidy home as well, but the condition of the carpet with a so called powder to cover up pet odors from the previous tenant that they moved us in on is such that it clogs our vacuum; so we have to sweep the rug and use a microbial spray. My spouse is a dialysis patient and cannot get a transplant until she finds a decent place to live. Meanwhile this company continues to collect rent money with impunity and could care less about the expense that this has cost us.
We hope that soon the authorities will properly regulate these people to prevent them from moving people into these types of units.
We pray that you will be able to resolve this situation soon or find a better place to live because having mouse droppings all over the place can expose you to disease.
