Well, my wife and I have lived here for a year, and that is about 9 months more than I'd have liked. The manager is unresponsive, as is the maintenance requests sent by email. The only way to get help is to call the emergency number. Most of the "community features" listed on their website do not exist, or have been taken down. The rent increase to renew was pretty high. The kids around here run aound screaming like they are on fire most of the time. Even the "Walk-in closet" is pretty cruddy. Sink has stopped up a few times, and the showerhead needed replacing as soon as we got here. The washer stopped working for no reason I have been informed of and ruined three of my good work shirts, which the manager told me he was not responsible for, nor would he do jack-squat about it. We were told that we could not have a grill/bar-b-que when we moved in, but we have the pleasure of smelling lighter fluid once or twice a week when our downstairs neighbor lights up his grill right under our patio, even with our windows closed.

Ditto!!! The manager and maintenance guys are very unresponsive and when they do respond it may be two - three week return call or none at all. They operate on their own time ( when and if they feel like time). I also agree that the appliances suck. Try making a maintenance call..... Oh Yeah! did you mention lease renewal, I thought I was seeing things when I saw the increase, pretty high is a nice way of putting it. Let's try "RIDICUIOUS" and that's putting it mildly. I can't see anything around here that would justify of raising rents $40- $80 increase. Yes, yes!! we all no that GAS prices have increased, but were paying for that on a separate bill... right!!!! Things wouldn't be so bad if the Manger: Micheal was from Earth.... He's a complete mooran and his sidekick Micheal Moore look alike is a complete load. He must put a 100 miles a week on his car just driving around the Greens parking lot. If he's not driving around in the parking lot he's standing around with his hands in his pocket playing pocket pool and smoking cigrettes. What a motley crew.. Help!! we need a change..

Michael is THE WORST property manager I have ever encountered. He is beyond rude, and basically a pain to deal with. Do not go to him looking for any helpful answers to your questions. I do not have much experience with the assistant who is there now, but she seems very nice.I wish that the previous woman, Lisa was still here. She was truly a pleasure to deal with. The complete opposite of the manager. The insulation issues that everyone is talking about are so true. I have not had any problems with maintenance. The children run around outside constantly, but they are children. If not for the management and the high utilities due to insulation, this place wouldn't be half bad. These last few months cannot go by fast enough.

I met Michael along with my husband and daugther about a year ago. He at the very least was honest with us about one thing. He said that it was common for the rats and the mice to come in the winter time where it is nice and warm! That was nice of him I thought. Needless to say, we never moved in and from the lovely responses on this board...we are so glad for it. We live at the Gramercy at Town Center in Columbia, Md across the mall and we have been here for 5 years...yes it is a bit steep in price but it is well worth the money. You will not find anyplace better...guaranteed. The maintenance staff is great here and extremely responsive. The office staff is like a family to us. Do not move into the Greens...unless you want to see Green.
