Dorsey's Forge get's an okay from me, why' I'll tell you.
1.
Some Mexican's can be nasty individuals
2.
The Mexican's have too many cars so the parking is not suitable
3.
The fact that I pay almost $1,000 but the lazy Section 8 residents pay nothing to live in the same place (I hate the fact that they live where I do)
4.
Drug activity is high in certain buildings
5.
Nicole can be so unprofessional at times.
They are not paying you that much to collect their rent.
6.
I hate mice and I have never seen one in my apartment and I've been there a long while
7.
I never had a bug problem but now I do and I'm sure it's because of the new tenants (-------- with alot of kinds)
8.
I feel somewhat safe now but in the past I had neighbors from hell
9.
Maintenance is a joke.
But I must say they have somewhat inproved since I've been there and that could be because of personnel changes
10 The water bill is too high
11 I sleep at night, not worried that I'll be killed by gun fire or someone breaking in
That's enough from me but as soon as I'm able I hope to purchase a home and get away from there!!
